These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Img2Txt.

2. Description of Service

Img2Txt provides image to text with structured outputs using advanced processing technology. The Service allows users to:

• Upload image files in supported formats (any image format)
• Process images to extract the text
• Receive the text within the image
• Purchase credits for image processing

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content that violates any laws or regulations
• Upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Process content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals to around 1 image being processed. Credits are non-refundable, and are non-transferable.

Credits never reset or disappear from your account.

The value of a credit is equivalent to a single 1920x1080 (1080p) image, in PNG format.

Note: Smaller images may use fewer credits and larger images may use more.

5.2 Pricing

Current pricing tiers are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your original content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Our Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by WBX Digital and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WBX DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
